Generation gap

Every generation blames the previous generation for not understanding them , we did ,now our children do . Every generation want their children to be much better and achieve greater heights than them , but they fail to understand that they are different individuals . I think most of us have heard from our parents , we grew up with such difficulty but you people get everything very easily .This dialogue is being repeated generation after generation. When told to us we argued against it , but we use it to our children . No parent will want their children to grow up with difficulties , they tend to give better facilities than what they got . We give them everything and in the same time we want them to understand the difficulties , doesn't it clash ??
    Telling lies , bunking classes , having crush ,falling in love etc is the things every generation does ( percentage varies ) , but doesn't want their kids to do !!! Every generation fights with their parents but befriends their grandparents , because when it comes to our grand-kids , our expectation level comes down and we are able to be more broad minded ,i suppose .
  We can hear parents often complain about younger generation as if they didn't know who raised them  . We as the parents want them to achieve , what we couldn't and we as the parents don;t want them to do the mistakes what we did . Wait on kids , you better know that you are also going to do the same things to your children .Each generation thinks that they are far more intelligent than their parents and when it comes to parents,they think, they are far more wiser .
The generation where the old listens to the young is lucky and the generation where the young listen to the old is double lucky...
